Gold Plan

- After you are satisfied with the price and sample, you can proceed to place your order, leaving us to manage mass production, quality inspections, and seamless door-to-door logistics.
- Finger World guarantees product quality and offers complimentary replacement or compensation in case of any quality concerns.

Silver Plan
- If you want to use your own suppliers in China, we can collaborate with them to ensure the products are manufactured according to your requirements.
- Upon receipt of the cargo at our warehouse from your suppliers, we will conduct thorough quality inspections and coordinate seamless door-to-door logistics.
Service Fee: 5% -10% of the product value (depending on product category and order volume), with a minimum fee of $100.

With the Gold Plan, you purchase directly from Finger World’s supplier network, and Finger World guarantees product quality and compensates you in case of any quality issues. With the Silver Plan, you use your own supplier resources, and Finger World negotiates with your supplier to resolve any quality issues, but the final loss is borne by you or your supplier.
Yes, you can. If you have multiple products to source, you can create a Silver Plan order for those you buy from your own suppliers and a Gold Plan order for those you buy from Finger World’s suppliers.
For the Silver Plan, the service fee is 5%-10% of the product value. If the total service fee is less than $100, we will still charge a minimum service fee of $100. For both the Silver and Gold Plans, you can place a single order for multiple products if the average purchasing amount for each product is above $500. We will impose a handling fee of $25 per product for products that do not meet the $500 standard. Packaging and accessories will not be charged.
We can’t disclose the supplier details under most circumstances. However, we are more than willing to assist our clients to conduct on-site factory inspections.
By default, we provide free quality inspections according to AQL 2.5 standards, regardless of whether the cargo has been reworked by factories due to previous quality issues. We can also offer inspections at a higher ratio or on a one-by-one basis, but this service is charged separately and quoted accordingly.
Photos start at $3 each. However, Gold Plan users can get three free white background photos for each product they purchase over $500.
